OHC HOME PAGE

Saunders Point is located on the Niantic River, nestled between Smith Cove and Niantic Bay with access to Long Island Sound. Saunders Point offers its residents a charming New England water front community, where generations of families come together and create memories that will last a lifetime.  The Oswegatchie Hills Club is a neighborhood social club for residents of ‘The Point’ and offers its members the use of clay tennis courts, a basketball court, a beach with swim raft, 6 hole golf course, children’s playscape and more.  Many social events throughout the year keep members, both young and old, busy and well-fed, with the summer highlight being the annual Steak and Lobster Dinner.  The Club connects generations and ensures a fun, active summer for all!

2023 CALENDAR

The full 2023 Summer & Fall Activities Calendar will be published in May 2023. However, we are happy to announce our first 2023 activity, the annual Easter Egg Hunt.

Our annual Easter Egg Hunt for the kids of OHC will take place on Sunday, April 2, 2023 from 1pm to 3pm at Hoskins Park. Kids should bring their own baskets, and wear something that is OK to get messy. There will be crafts, games, music, and snacks! Children’s Chairperson, Libby Domijan, requests donations of bags of individually wrapped candies and other small trinkets (nut-free please), and asks for volunteers who would be willing to help stuff treats into plastic eggs beforehand. She is also looking for volunteers who would be available to help out and lend a hand at this event.
Please contact Libby by phone (text or call) at 860-861-9046 with any questions, donations, or offers for help.

The golf course, bocce court, basketball court and playground are open for business!  These areas, along with the parks and open spaces, are great places to have fun during the warm days.  Enjoy!!!  And remember that your donations and dues keep these spaces mowed and maintained by your neighbors volunteering their time.  Check the Club news page for clean up ates.

~~~
You can find the 2023 OHC membership form and an appeal for new members on the Membership page.  Your dues accomplish much more than you realize….the money helps maintain open spaces and keeps trees trimmed for a safer, more valuable neighborhood.
 AS WE ENJOY THE SEASON, REMEMBER A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS….KEEP YOUR DOG LEASHED,  BE NICE TO EVERYONE, ONLY FLAT-SOLED TENNIS SNEAKERS ON THE TENNIS COURTS, CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET, DRIVE SLOWLY AND WATCH OUT FOR KIDS, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY- HAVE FUN!!!
